Whenever i am charging my laptop, the touchpad behaves erratically or stop working totally but when i remove the charger from my laptop, the touchpad works normally again.

I have gone on the internet to check about the problem and they said something that i could not understand.

Please help.

And you didn’t know the login password?

Kindly uninstall it and install another one and make sure you crack it.

The position of the hard disk must have shifted due to the fall. If that's the case, you may have to lose the back and tighten the hard disk with a screw.

anytime I input USB chord in my laptop(hp15) to transfer files from phone to laptop.it always only charge but not transfer,whereas the laptop didnot use to do that,I have tried several USB chords but still not working.the laptop always make sound that chord is inserted in it but not displaying.any help sir?

Please my laptop: Dell Inspirion M4400 once used to have Bluetooth drivers and when I install a downloaded Bluetooth it works properly untill recently when I formated my laptop cause it was hanging and I continue with the Windows 10 I was using after which I tried to install the Bluetooth as usual but this time it didn't install, I tried with different drivers all to no avail.
I was advised to uninstall the inbuilt Bluetooth driver and reboot that it will automatically reinstall and everything will be normal which I did and up till today it has neither install nor is the downloaded Bluetooth driver installing; please what do I do now I need your help please.

Hello, pls I just changed my hard disk and put in a new battery for my hp laptop but the battery refuses to charge.
They replaced with another battery is still not charging although it comes on when it plugged into electricity.
What I see is 0% available, plugged in, charging.
Any help please.

It is probably the hard disk mate. Get a new one and install the os, it should work

Try updating your Windows 10 from the Windows Update Assistant (under settings) which might require over 3Gb of data.

My laptop is not coming up again, I still used it yesterday but I tried turning it on today and it didnt power on, but the laptop battery is charging, it is even full right now but the laptop won't just power on. It shows the laptop is charging but it won't just power on.
