I wonder how it would be be staffed though. The north had from time made itself appear as a terror zone thereby making qualified resources scared of working there. This has resulted in their under development. Same thing with South South - kidnapping... We need to change if we are to attract development to our states. Look at any state today, their level of development are a function of their receptability of qualified workforce

Is it not the federal government job to build hospitals? When has nnpc turn to building project that's not in line with their objectives and scopes? A court injunction can stop this act. This is not equity at all

Not in the south south where the revenue comes from but in the North. The ideology of using south’s wealth and resources to build the north. That hospital will be blown up and turned into ashes some day. A day comes when the same would happen to other infrastructures built with southern resources.

Please if anybody knows where the ones for the other zones are “being built” according to NNPC’s ova at the top please confirm.

Niger Delta is a wasteland.NNPC refineries are comatose yet here is another wild goose chase by the govt.Adaka Boro, Ken Saro-Wiwa fought for all these till they died but never got them.

They're using southern resources to build railway to Maradi-Niger Republic that have no trace of crude oil.Yet they're telling us that "Nigeria must exist based on equality"-Northern leaders.

When Jonathan was president he was also serving the north all in a bid to get there support. Jonathan made things worse and I don’t blame buhari.

They are giving those people billions of naira every year through; the ministry of Niger Delta, 13% derivative, NDDC, Amnesty program and many more. But they chose to squander it. So it's not anybody's fault how their environment is as at today. Aside that, you should have read very well to see where it was stated that this hospitals will be situated in all the geopolitical zones of the country.
