Is that not misplaced priority. They should be focused on trying to make more profit by rehabilitating the refineries instead of building hospitals.
What even happened to all the federal medical centers in Nigeria, why not upgrade them to world class hospital instead of using this huge amount of money to build a new hospital when we are broke as a country.
