NNPC cannot supply gas to the thermal stations, they cannot secure the oil and gas pipelines, simple refineries are not working yet this stupid GMD, agrees to waste time and funds building hospitals in Kastina. Healthcare is the responsibility of the state ministry of health.

Nothing will work if the so-called leaders understand their roles and responsibilities. The North needs to stop depending on oil and start utilising the large reservoir of gold and agriculture to fund their development.

It is high time Southern Nigeria comes together, trash out differences, and ask to be pull out of Nigeria. The mandate we should give to all our Reps, Senators and Govs, should be how to get out of this nonsense marriage called Nigeria. This is daylight robbery and must be stopped.

I now believe this country is cursed.NNPC wants to build hospitals at the cost of 21 billion Naira but resident doctors are about going on strike due to non payment of there hazard allowance and the government is saying no money. There is no money to pay health professionals but u want to build More hospitals. It will take less than one billion Naira to settle there hazard allowance, but no, they prefer to build more hospitals so they can embezzle money

Akpabio and co in NDDC are the major problem facing Niger Deltens.
Tell me can't NDDC execute 3 of this kind of project within 1year with the kind of allocation in their disposal.

They are giving those people billions of naira every year through; the ministry of Niger Delta, 13% derivative, NDDC, Amnesty program and many more. But they chose to squander it. So it's not anybody's fault how their environment is as at today. Aside that, you should have read very well to see where it was stated that this hospitals will be situated in all the geopolitical zones of the country.

you are right to some extent, the level of financial resources in Niger Delta will enable them to develop to some extent, but they have no sense of development, some south west and south east state with there little finance are better off than them in term of development...see the budget of those Niger Delta State, except for their leaders to steal, the masses no go sch, no skill, only tug and cult, and to drink sapele water and Chase women up and down, how oyel people and there leaders no get sense...that babe on nairaland was right.

Meanwhile the Niger Delta that feeds the entire nation doesn't have any of such, yet they tell us we are one nation right ?

My community and it's neighboring communities are in dire need of remediation of their land and water bodies that have long been polluted as a result of oil exploration activities.
