Government hospital will be okay, but you will obviously spend a longer time
If you're using a private facility, make sure it's a medical doctor(ophthalmologist) with an optometrist, with all the necessary equipments, not all those opticians all around that only recommend glasses and dont do full eye examination.

It’s probably short sightedness. There’s no need to be worried, but you can still talk to a doctor.

Go to eye foundation hospital at Ikeja GRA, they're the best in Nigeria, the only problem i have with them is that they're expensive, just to see doctor na 5k, well that was 3years ago, don't know about now sha

you are just shortsighted, so just get the correct eye glasses from the optometrist and you are goo to go

glasses. You may also use contact lenses
if you are not a glasses person.

My wife had similar issue. Did blood sugar test, bp test. All was OK.

She took a supplement called eye vital and continued with vitabiotics well woman. She is 100% restored now.

Could be cataract. Go to a good government hospital for check up.

Stop being melodramatic and go get tested again in a good hospital (not all these roadside shops). You aren't the first to have myopia neither will you be the last.

Check your fasting blood sugar , random blood sugar , HAB1C and urinalysis. If it comes out that you’re diabetic that could be the root cause.

@Poster, from your explanation, it's the sign of myopia. I have the same challenge, but mine, I understood that the causal link is that I was so exposed to a naked computer screen, out of ignorance, hence this problem.
You can get a good lens in an optical clinic ...
