Playing to the galary. Castration is not a legal means of punishment anywhere in the world. Let's not destroy a good course with stupid suggestions. The fact that some people among us behave like animals does not mean that we should become animals, if a rapist is found guilty, he should be made to face the full weight of the law and get maximum sentence, but to suggest decapitation in this age and at this time shows that the author of this speech is worse than the rapist, no wonder life means nothing to a lot of people.
