oga shut up, my result was sign by both in 1993 my waec had no picture on it these things are non issue... And besides the intent matters now. If he truly have issues with his results which I doubt. And oshiomole hides it earlier then the panel will rule against oshiomole because its obvious that he wants to settle scores....ize iyamu that oshiomole told us is a thief such that he can't give a counselor on live TV....Law is a two edges sword.

From the screenshot of APC constitution, the screening panel is an illegality as it was not constituted by the NEC of the party and ratified by the Party's BOT.
Whatever action the screening committee takes will be challenged in court because it is an illegal committee. Even a 100 level law student can argue that case and win, I wonder why the party is watching Oshiomole jumping from illegality to illegality which will open Edo Election to litigation. Could it be he has collected money from PDP and has embarked of this journey of no return to allow PDP snatch victory in court? I don't trust that "short man Devil"...

The national executive committee is the number 2 organ of the party comprising the national chairman, deputy, vice, ex officio, women leader etc. It is chaired by the national chairman.

The board of trustee is the number 3 organ of the party. Appointment of people into the board of trustee is based on the recommendations of the national executive committee which is also chaired by the national chairman.

Who undermines the powers of the national chairman. He practically leads all the organs of the party.

Oshomhole that set up the committee is NWC and not NEC.. The constitution of APC said it is the NEC that can set up such screening committee and Oshiomhole is not part of NEC.. Oshomhole is the head of NWC.

Every committee formed in a political party or even in governance is headed by a chairman..the chairman is to be appointed by the NEC to be the chairman of APC screening committee then with other members..I can see in your limited knowledge that everywhere you see chairman then it means they are referring to oshiomhole..my friend there are numerous chairmen heading different committees in APC..

4. Oshomole has just set up the screening committee in violation of article 9 of APC constitution.

5. Oshomole haven't been suspended in his ward, local government and state and with the case still in court, should have recused himself from all APC decisions because if the court upheld his suspension, all his actions thus far will be null and void.

Oshomole is either not very clever or he is out to destroy the APC.
