From my experience. When they move too far away from the source of heat that means the heat is too much. However, from your pix they gathered where their food is which is normal for chicks. Next time put a tray of food close to the heat source and if they don't stay in it, you can easily tell that the heat is too much

Their growth is great. After 2weeks , u have to secure the coal pot so they dont fly into it.Their feathers are fast growing and them go start to dey test fly.

Nice one op
Reduce the heat gradually as you can see they are growing more hair and feathers
I hope you have a scale to measure their weight every week, hope you have a feeding timetable too
Cleanliness is very key, once your bio security is tight, you are good
Make sure you join poultry platform on social media
Study your market and put more effort into marketing than farming, yes this is the whole essence
This is will crown your efforts to the end

Don't overdrug them, it slows their growth and affect their immune system
Observe them when you enter the pen, after serving them and stay with them for 20 to 30mins before leaving
Feed them at ad libitum but as they grow bigger avoid feeding them during hot hours
Read more poultry articles
Give it all your best to succeed, you can't afford to fail and I pray you don't fail
Always update us
Good luck
