First finds out which variant, Chinese or Global.

Then go to this site https://www.realme.com/in/support/software-update

select your phone, select your variant code.
pls note the variant code before u select ooo.

Dont download global rom on chinese variant or vice versa.

However if u mean gionee x2, i cant help u, u may have to go to gionee thread.

No you can't transsion does not provide andriod updates for its devices(only the infinix note 5 receives andriod updates because it is under the andriod one program).

Now dey don send me message for the awaiting andriod 11.

I think all this Chinese OEM are very serious, more than even samsung and co.

I'm not saying they don't get update, I'm talking about the seriousness all this chinese OEM put into phones. My wife is also using samsung A30s.

She does not get 2 major updates in a year and samsung doesn't push more than 3 major updates through out life time of their phones.
