Nobody, not even the bank is talking about repayments. For now it's all about disbursements. But looking at the offer letter, a 450,000 at 5% interest equals N39,375 monthly repayment.

Yes. The money they deducted upfront is the bank charges for processing the loan.

I disagree with this from the terms and condition it has been written that 4% interest will be deducted upon disbursement so they can't charge a whole 25k for bank charges
