My Experience With Fasting by OpenYourEyes1(op):
The more I eat (esp bad foods) the less I hear, feel or see.

The less I eat (eating good foods mostly) the more I hear, feel or see

I fast (sometimes fruit fast) while reading/listening to the Word of GOD.

I feel healthier and stronger in the Spirit after fasting, praying and constantly reading/listening to the Word of GOD.

Stop feeding your flesh too much

Solomon said on Ecclesiastes that to eat, drink and enjoy the fruits of your labor is the only good that this life has to offer, and he was a wise man so I concur

Fasting in the body makes one stronger in the Spirit? Which spirit? Yours or the Spirit of God?

Can an activity that is carnal in all sense( please note that even pagans fast from time to time) develop the spirit, much less the Spirit of God?

Lengthy fasting of 21 days and above often open me up for some revelations about life.

The more u fast often, the more you access deeper things around your spiritual environment

What spiritual environment?
Your own spirits? Or God's Spirit?
Can you please give us an example of what you have learned from fasting of that sort? undecided

the closer I am getting to God and studying his Word, the less hungry I feel. Before, I used to eat very big rations of food but now with a little ration I am done for the day. Even those around me noticed it. These days I only eat well so as not to give the devil a space to introduce ulcer in my life.

Exactly, this is absolutely true about fasting. quote author=JourneytoEL post=90688242]the closer I am getting to God and studying his Word, the less hungry I feel.
