[b]1. The first step is to make the public offices less lucrative by reduce the salary.
2. Purchase of political office forms and election campaign to less expensive.
3. Electronic voting.
4. Local government autonomy.
5. Each state and local government to be contributing to the federal.
6. Withdrawal of 1000, 500, and 200 naira notes from the circulation.
7. Upgrade and provide a requirement level for which our medical and school centre would be operated.
8. Increase strict punishment for criminals both high and low profile.
9. Products and services consumed will 85% Nigeria.
10. Allow competitive among us.

Let's discuss.

Priority to education (vocational, tertiary, secondary, all that)

I know for sure that education and the right orientation is key to national development, as without it nothing else can work

Education is key, and we are screwed currently because we have as a vast majority, uneducated, miseducated, ignorant and stupid citizens

Increasing budgetary allocation to education and following it up with action and reform is what we need to move ahead to have the skilled workforce that cam drive this country

Not like the current ***** in Aso Rock defunding education

Change Nigeria to regional system of governance... No more governors...no house of representatives.... We will have only regional heads, senators and president.... The regional heads will supervise their regions and report back to the president... Our security department will b revamped... Each region will have its security operative..SE security operative Will take care of SE, NW security will take care of NW and so on...Each region should generate their income through tax or what have u...Then the president will supervise all d project in all d region... The president of d nation of Nigeria will be selected henceforth from all the region from Nigeria..one tenure each with a road map laid down for the country... Don't come and tell us I would build road, I will create employment...when your tenure is over ur region will not participate in the next election...so on and so forth..five senators each from each region... And after each session, you go back to your region... No more staying back in Abuja.....so many things to do in ds country... Let's start with ds one

Security - Decentralise the Police, given the constitution makes provision for that. Establish a zero-tolerance policy in the Police Force and the Military. This approach is a strategy to eradicate the abuse of power by law enforcement on citizens. Push a bill that allows for a jury of citizens to serve as the balanced check that needed to keep the force accountable. This will reinforce the idea of a government by people in the our democracy.
Nysc - Mandatory 1 year military reserve service for all citizens. Eligible for enrollment by the age of 18 and must be completed by age 35.
Citizen database - for identification

Infrastructure - Leverage the service of the enlisted Nysc members in a Govenrment driven accelerated infrastructural development, obviously cooperation with experts. we'll create 3000 miles of roads and 1500 miles of rail line respectively every year. Increased infrastructural capacity will positively impact investments in logistics and transportation and industrilization.
I'll further deconstruct power distribution, will allow distributors to compete for customers without location restriction.

Education enormous investment in Public schools starting from Elementary all the way up to the University. We'll rennovate our schools, provide adequate supplies for the classrooms, build Federal public Libraries in every capital city.
Open up Federal Universities for international research purposes, sponsor research in Medicines, Science and Technology
Incentivize computer and information technology/science/engineering studies all across the country.

Tourism, allow ease of access for innovative ideas from local start-ups, international brands to launch their businesses. this will be another avenue for job creation creation through small businesses, and possible investment opportunities.

And finally use my execute powers to push for a decentralized federal government, and more independent states, a change to the constitution that will define clearly the rights of persons and institutions and firmly uphold those rights with the necessary checks and balance in place.

you made a lot of sense sir, but i dont think decentralising the police force or state policing will have any positive effect. We are not yet ripe for it, governors will abuse it.e.g rivers state governor

Well, the first step will be to reduce the number of law makers breakers in the legislature.

Those guys are practically doing nothing to earn the billions they are being paid.

I will also champion massive sensitisation and re-orientation. Virtues like truth, honesty and contentment must be inculcated in the lives of the upcoming generations because this present generation is a lost cause.
And you think you have the power to do that as a president?
Re: If You Were The President Of Nigeria, How Would You Make Nigeria Better? by Juliearth(f): 12:05pm On Jun 13, 2020
Abuja to be decongested. Ministries to be spread around the states to foster development

Capital punishment for corrupt politicians and leaders

Lawmakers to be paid the same salaries as level 12 lecturers

Central price regulation for prices of goods in the market

Our schools would be practical-based, massive sweep amongst lecturers. Half-baked lecturers must go! JAMB to be scraped off. Entry into university to be determined by post UTME...

An embargo to be placed on importation of foreign goods. Prior to that, steps are to be taken to revive commerce and industry within the country.

The textile industries to be revived and revamped

Zero interest loans for youths interested in entrepreneurship

Nysc to be scrapped off. To be replaced by a 3 month intense skills acquisition training. If any graduate does not acquire a skill, he is not awarded a degree/ HND.

No mas SARS

That thing we call a constitution to be completely scrapped off. Another to be drafted with a good representation from farmers, teachers, doctors, engineers, etc.

A single term of 4 years for every political office holder.

National ID card (with finger print): No one can use banks, post office, government facilities and services without National ID.

Family planning Law: 1 wife only and 2 children max - Reduce poverty!

Religious groups and pastor smust abide by certain laws, pay taxes and be subjected to the law if they mislead their congregation - reduce brainwashing!

Set up Prison as Prison farms and factories: make prisoners farm and work for the country instead of sitting in bad conditions at tax payers expense.

All Ministries, States and government parastatals must submit contracts for assessment to committees consisting of, civil Servants, politicians, member of public and religious leaders.

Death penalty for drug dealers, rape and serious financial crimes against the state.

Create National guard, national military service and reserve military force.

Diversify the economy: Turn most of the country into vineyards, fruit farms, food and cash crops.

Law to enforce environmental sanitation, penalize households, streets, communities with poor sanitation.

Foreigners cannot own land: they must lease it or enter into business arrangements with locals for 49% stake only. Print into their residence permits that they will deported if they treat locals badly.

My list is endless

Let's discuss.
1. I will make sure every single residents and citizens between 15 to 45 years of this country have their biometric captured. N it's very simple it will be spooled from your bqnk account , SIM registration, universities and polytechnics so as to fight crimes. Crime is the major bane of this country.
2. There should be 1 police post with at least 10 officers covering 15 streets in Lagos, Ogun, Kano, Rivers, Delta, Anambra ,Kaduna and any other highly populated states, these officers will not be posted out of the states but will be rotated within the states.
3. If you have not spent at least 10 years in the Nigerian educational system ,you are not fit to run for any public position including president, though you are free to have your dual citizenship.

This is just a few of what I will do, first.

1. Use Executive Order to block all land borders for 6 months while

2. Using Biometric Protocols and Database Secure ID systems, carry out detailed 100% accurate Census of the Number of Nigerians, resident in Nigeria, the entire landmass and ensure that all details are on a National Database with Generic IDs issued to each of the Citizens.

3. Carry out thorough mapping of the landmass of Nigeria and detail out the major geological compositions and ores found in each of the 37 States including Abuja.

4. Create Ideators, Incubators and Accelerators in Each of the States with specific goals to train, structure and fund projects that will scale to monetize the resources found in each State of the Federation. The Proceeds of such gains should be taxed 30% to the Federal Govt and 10% to States. This is called Resource Control of States by her Indigents. For States who have no Ores, it is good news, because they have opportunity to unleash the powers of their brains by going into AI, Robotics, IoTs, Medicine etc.

5. In Politics, no one should be qualified for office without a Science Degree, the reason is that Technology is what leads and govern ANY Universe, no planet makes headway without being the most technologically advanced species, so internalize that within the politics of a Nation State and you'd make progress. So, to be President, Governor and Local Government Chairman, you should have PhD in Physics or Chemistry, or Medicine, Geology, etc etc. Social Sciences and Law Degree should be Legislators and Judiciary.

6. Each State MUST have their Civil Engineering Commission and order for Graders, Earth Movers and Road and Bridge Construction Equipments, no more outsourcing Construction of States to Capitalized Private Sector Companies who are indirectly owned by politically fraudulent money laundering conglomerates. As a President, I restore Construction back to Direct Management of State owned COnstruction companies with the Citizens of the States trained to build their States with States resources.

8. Digital Currency using distributed ledger system - Launch an alternative to Naira, called e-Naira and use that platform to create the money we need to lend out to multibillion Federal Projects like Steel Manufacturing, Sending Satellites and probes into Space, Dams, Nuclear Power Systems and also use the digital currency models for direct deposit of funds during crisis to all Citizens registered in Database One, call it Universal Basic Income for Nigerians.

9. Ban Tribalism and Racism - Outright ban with imprisonment for defaulters.

10. Death Sentence to the Corrupt Politicians and Terrorism Leaders and Life imprisonment for Murder.

11. State Police Departments.

12. Structural Mental Re-Adjustment of all Nigerians in the ghetto and on Nairaland.

1.) Security:
Get a very intelligent and professional police cheif, even if it involve getting a nigerian from other well organised police from other part of the word.
Reform the police, get a young lawyers and physiology graduates and train them on investigation and interrogation.
Train and re-train our police on policing
Put up call centres to track police brutality and extortion. Using ticketing for appraising police cheif giving target on where we want to numbers reported police abuse to be and fire the police chief if we are not getting needed results.
Use technology on their batch to track evidence. Make sure to fire/imprison offenders
Remove immunity from every government officials (President and Governors). With a reformed police they can be investigated and probed while in office
When policing is reformed we can go to state policing. Since moving straight to state policy, they will just copy the current template of corruption from Federal.
With Policy reform/intelligent gathering this will take care of security.
Gradual Defund the Army and fund more on Intelligence (satellite and spy security), other than physical gbos gbas, that have yield no result.

2.) Infrastructure
Very import make sure we have 24/7 light withing 2 years
Get Ministry of works both Federal and state into building of infrastructures (not contract based). This is a continuous excersise not a one off and should not be reported as an achievement.
Get Technocrats in all Ministerial appointment (no current politician will come close since you cannot put new wine in old wine glass).
Get passionate Individuals, must bot be a Nigerian who love solving problems on every sectors, give them free hand to proffer solution for their sectors. With a weakly meeting for the members of the cabinet each week to discuss on a particular sector their ideas and how to go about it.
Their is a room for failure of idea, but no room for no idea and keeping the old way. More like hire smart guys and get out of their way.
Build a strong institution police, Judiciary, Labour, Works, etc, that no politician can take advantage even the president

3.) Labour
Increase minimum wage to 150K. what we have currently is disparity of wealth where business owners takes advantage of ineffective gov. to extort the poor. Imagining a hotel owner wrecking tens of millions and spending less than a million in salary, because labour is cheap.
Remove task from foreign investors to come and build production plant. I can even ship their product to other countries for them. so far there is job for my citizen from where we will get knowlege transfer, build good ethics and work culture and get income task

4.) Health
I would got a GP method as it is in Europe, where everyone register with a GP (which are mostly private owners), but with a Health insurance you will access the GP with your insurance card. This will make the Teaching hospital and other government hospitals focus on cases that are refereed from GPs and reduce pressure on them. of course equip the Teaching/specialist Hospitals

5.) Education,
I will be tasked with reforming the Higher institution and get a high standard of learning, partner with some online institution (e.g Princeton university) we must expose our weakness and let the students know what is going on out their and push their lecturer for more.
On the Primary and Secondary schools. First I will prohibit beating of child and ensure children can challenge their teachers and parents. This is very important to avoid brainwashing from parent and religious teaching. Train and retrain teachers and ensure that real teachers get into teaching. of-course make it a lucrative job

Above with right policing and security, good intelligent and investigation, we will get ride of corruption as no one will be spared. Not forgetting to entrench professionalism and hard work, with the leaders showing example, get Judicial reformed so that all can get justice and restore confidence in our system
Make the power to really belong to the people, but then educate the people to know they have power.

1. I will make sure we have robust national Data base for every citizen to be captured. I will do this in order to enhance security architecture of the nation, so that when a crime is committed by individual or group of people, only their finger print will fixed them out.

2. The main hindrance to our national development is just that the country was designed to fail from inception. So restructuring is a sure bet for me. I will make sure that each state have control over their resources while few of what they make will be remitted to the coffer of the central government.

3. Our constitution have a lot of loop holes that give room to corruption. I will make sure the constitution is overhauled. Nigeria as a country will have a new constitution where their will be law that prescribed a severe punishement for law breakers, corrupt politicians and judges.

4. I will improve the education sector and health sector.

Very cute, adding this to mine will make Nig better than the USA.

My summary from most of our Social Media politicians submission.

1. Most of our SM politicians don't know the president can't just wake up and make some decision (particularly those that affect fellow polithiefcians) without the ractification and approval of the Legislature. They want to reduce the money of those that will approve it, go and do it. It's that simple

2. Others are listing what should be done (which every other person can just list) but leaving the main problem the question is asking. That is HOW
Anybody can say I will focus and revive the power but HOW

As for me, diversification of the economy is the first target. Particularly,

AGRICULTURE! AGRICULTURE!! AGRICULTURE!!!
We have to cut our food importation by all means. Force graduates (that's where we have the population) back to the farm by converting irrelevant, compulsory NYSC to a full year agric training.

After NYSC, allocate lands and start up grant to them with proper monitoring (so that people wont collect grant and use it to buy laptop and iPhone). With this food production would increase, exportation would be boosted, case of unemployment would be automatically addressed, and then Increase in the Nation's revenue.

It isn't that simple though, yet not Impossible

I'll instantly behead all capital criminals as well as political thieves, thus, decongesting the prisons.

I'll make teaching the best paid profession after medicine.

I'll erect a border round our borders like Trump.

I'll focus on Education, Health, Security, Power and Agriculture only.

I'll eliminate western form of democracy and install that which fits our peculiarities as a country.

I'll discourage people from venturing into this dirty form of politics by making it least lucrative.

Then I will resign after achieving all these.

Well china was ones like Nigeria wich if I'm ever privileged to been a president of this nation in my next life if there is one this are my Manifestoes

1. Take us back to Military Regime with solid agreement because democratic rules can't cub this level of corruption on ground now.

2. This will help make amend to the Legislatives wings by making the office a part time and collecting salaries like the teachers and other public servants with minimum wages for Christ sajr during pa awolowo regimes this are part time jobs not full time

3. Reduce Governors salaries aswell to what a mere civil servant collect by doing this the office will be open to everybody with the will to carry out the state to greater height because you already know nothing to gain there.. You're on same salary structure with a principal

4. Past presidents and governors Found guilty of corruption won't be executed nor go Scott free. They will have to come to the round table and Invest half of what they syohone back to the economy failure to do so their families will be wipe of the surface of earth.

5. Improve the level of Education with current stllabus because presently we are still using 1986 syllabus in many Nigaieria institution which is wrong. The Chinese who are constructing roads here most of them are Project student from colleges in China supervised..

6. Empower the Manufacturing industries in creativity and productivity. We have the brains here in Nigeria but they are wasting because of stupidity of our leaders

7. Reduce our level of dependent to the European communities aswell. Reduce importation and increase the productivity from home to boot export.

8. Open portals for Nigerians to write on how Nigeria can be great again.. When all this response are colated we extract the useful one's and work on them.. This is how china became great again.

9. If you have ideas on manufacturing and doing anything that is meaningful come on reach any of the agencies if we see how it is. We support you give you backings and grant loans without interest

10. Every Nigerians working or not paying task or not will be entitled to certain amount every month and for the graduates unemployed if you have ideas come with them and we globalise it and makes it our selling point. We are going to have a genue database to checkmate the retirement ages. Some civil and public servant have already spent 38yrs in service their idea is already dead.. My government is going to bring in this graduate to be in respective portions as per their field of profession

11. Selections, appointment to any office, parastatals industries industries won't be on merit but for the qualified ones

12. Where the previous government failed was recycling. gambari since 1983 is still relevant now. He has used all he has with the UN.. We won't recycle past leaders but bring in fresh beings with new and modern ideas

13. Replace all the aged generals with the qualified ones to enhance promotion of the coming ones..

Recently a Nigerian did a project on Aearoplan the project was a success the plane flew deep into the sky everybody could see it and it came back.. If a student can do this I think he can be improved upon

North Korea is not better than Nigeria and yet they produce weponries military hardware and we'll out..

Those are my wish if I will ever become a president please if you're reading this help me share this..

Thanks

Interesting question. As the president of Nigeria, I would make it my mission to give Nigeria a goal - a goal that every Nigerian could get behind and benefit from; a goal that would tap into qualities that Nigerians naturally possess; a goal that if realised, would make Nigerian known globally for something - something other than corruption, fraud and perennial underachievement.

So what might that goal be? For me it would have to be to make Nigeria a hotbed of entrepreneurship. I truly believe that Nigerians are inherently an entrepreneurial people and who better than entrepreneurs to pull the country out of the doldrums it finds itself in?

You might ask how I would go about doing this. Well I would institute a massive programme of change - a huge national entrepreneurship drive that I would personally champion and lead and empower my government to implement. The programme would amongst other things:

Make it significantly easier and cheaper to register a business
Continually measure and improve the cost of doing business
Create a platform for Nigerians in the Diaspora to fund , invest in, or otherwise participate in local small business ventures
Improve access to funding for small businesses
Emphasise entrepreneurship in school curricula - from primary through to tertiary levels
Facilitate entrepreneurship training and mentoring programmes
Promote and facilitate the export of Nigerian products and services, by entering trade agreements with foreign nations and enforcing quality standards
Create an enabling environment for local businesses with policies that favour them over foreign competitors, e.g. through import regulation
Support all of the above with a media campaign, both nationally and internationally, to promote the programme.

Nigeria undoubtedly has many problems - failing infrastructure, poor healthcare, inadequate electricity, economic inequality, declining education standards to name a few, but trying to solve all of these problems at once with limited funds and ever-falling revenues is quite frankly a nonstarter. What it needs, in my opinion, is to focus on a clear and unambiguous high-yield goal that it can pour its limited resources into and to my mind at least, nothing fits the bill better than entrepreneurship.

Tell me any problems found in the country that isnt linked to any of the following
nepotism,
corruption,
ethnic and religion crisis‍♂️

Nation-building is hard, but it's not as if it's impossible in Nigeria na. And it is also intentional na small small. It doesn’t happen by accident. After all Nigerians are developing other countries drastically

My first priority will be to solve the “ROOT PROBLEM❌❌❌❌” that has bedeviled this country for a while now and has also led to other visible problems (nepotism, corruption, ethnic and religion crisis) that we always talk about...

This will be achieved through

*"RESTRUCTURING "*

Take it or leave it anybody who suppresses restructuring Nigeria is simply delaying the inevitable. Nigeria is not dead yet. Its not just working. Nowhere in the developed world do we encounter a replica of 'Nigeria' in terms of its approach to education,
the economy,️
managing ethnicity and development policies.

Oil in its crude and unprocessed form is the mainstay of the economy. The refineries are not functioning at full capacity. After nearly 60 years of independence and discovery of oil in commercial quantity, we still import finished products from other oil-producing countries.

I as President will Formally acknowledge and apologize and if need be compensate for all internal massacres that the Nigerian Govt has been party to since independence.

When I become the President, 2 things will be very important to me- *COMPETENCY AND PLANNING⏱️* Having the right people in various positions can reduce challenges by a whole lot i swear.
Show me a country that has gotten it right, and I will show country that has planned its future with competent men at the helm of affairs..

You can imagine having COMPETENCY and FEASIBLE PLANNING cutting across all government parastatals and then you understand that problems can be solved

My Recruit in keys areas will be:

A) my Vice President:
He or she must be a Political operator. Preferably someone charismatic and Skilled enough with good enough network to handle the National assembly.

B)
Finance:
He or she must be an International finance professional with prior experience in IFC, AFC or other multinational finance organisation. Not one girl that studies business Admin at Fed college of Education.

C)
Central bank:
This person must promoted from within. Must have clear economics/econometrics experience.

D)
Energy/Petroleum: Ex/Serving CEO/MD of any of the multinational oil and gas firms. With proven track record of professional Excellence

E)
IT/Communications: Must be a Comms professional or IT Professional. Prior telecoms experience in a CTO role is mandatory.

F)
Justice⚖️: Most reputable Litigations expert we can convince. Does not have to be a former judge but definitely a SAN.

G)
Internal Security: Promote from the DSS.

The rest: Political appointments but with clear prior experience in role either civil or political.

From there,

I will lobby the National Assembly to renegotiate this country and restructure it for effectiveness. Craft a new constitution that all the ethnic groups will feel comfortable in. Heal the country and address her fears instead of running away ‍♂️from it like we have always done in the past.

There are a lot of processes involved especially in a democratic governance therefore, having persons who understand these processes and can take advantage of it to make things work would be important. This even goes as far as appointing the right people irrespective of tribe, religion, parties and beliefs....

While appointing only the best and competent men.. I will concentrate other the following.

*(1) ENERGY*
This must be accomplished under the 1st 4 years. There has to be at least 20 hours of electricity in at least 80% of the country by the expiration of 4yrs of my tenure.

This will be achieved by:

1) Seek funding for and commence the building of Regional Gas grids to enable natural gas be piped to many parts of the country ( this is to aid the siting of power projects in many parts of the country).

2) Prioritise big industrial cities and grant them permission to run a closed power grid (and IPPs) separate from the national grid. (Requires altering the Power Act and negotiating with DISCOs).

3) Drop all tariffs on alternative energy import products e.g wind turbines, solar cells etc.

*(2) POLICE AND INTERNAL SECURITY*

A)
Expand the Police act to enable states run their own police ( locally recruited , Regionally trained and centrally supervised but totally answerable to FG and funded by the states).

B)
Mandatory bi-annual qualifying physical tests for the Nigerian police. You fail, you are out.

C)
Build more fire stations and also alter National Fire Service act to enable the setup of Privately owned/ State owned Fire services licensed to provide fire services on behalf of the government. Ultimate target is to have one fire station within 10 minutes of every home.

D)
Drop all other ID numbers and use BVN for everything.

E)
Establish Nigerian sex offenders database.

F)
Make car registration details searchable on the net.

G)
Corruption proceeds act to enable seizing of properties if detailed tax records and evidence of legitimate money sources cannot be established.

H)
Rebuild our prisons to enable a lower prisoner to room ratio.

I)
Build one forensic lab in in each of the top 10 cities by population.

*(3) TRANSPORTATION*
A)
Designate certain roads as National Economic Highways in each geopolitical zone, make them six lane and hand them over to private orgs to toll and maintain for 25 years. Restrict to end point tolls (only two toll points per highway at each end) e.g Lagos-Ibadan with one toll in Ibadan and another near Berger/Mowe in Lagos. If you don’t want to pay toll, you can take alternate routes.

B)
Alter the Nigerian Railways Act to enable private construction and operation of railways subject to government licensing (similar to the GSM model).

C)
Prioritise rail projects to connect top 3 cities in each geopolitical zone by rail.

D)
Fully concession all airports to private management companies to attain world class status

E)
Seek funding for and building more ports to reduce stress on the Lagos ports.

F)
Hand over the ports to private management companies too.

G)
Mandate all cars or buses used for inter city transport to run on natural gas and build natural gas stations nationwide or issue licenses for such.

H)
Mandate all state capitals to implement some form of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) within the next decade.

*(4) ELECTORAL REFORMS*

A)
Alter the INEC act to enable INEC top boss be selected independent of the federal government

B)
Alter INEC act to include independent candidacy for all positions. (To do away with godfatherism and cabal practices)

*(5) FOREIGN AFFAIRS*

A)
Scrap Nigerian membership of organisations that promote sectional/religious interests e.g OIC(Organisation of Islamic States).

*(6) EDUCATION*

Our Education sector lacks a lot of 21st century juice. First thing I’d do is organize a nationwide test for teachers. I was and am in full support of the El-Rufai vs Kaduna teachers Saga where he sacked approx 21,000 teachers who couldn’t pass primary school examination.
One thing is once there’s vacancy from the posts held by those incompetent teachers, more would apply for employment. Now not just more but since they now know about the criteria, they’d be very qualified to teach.
Some of the criteria would be

A)
They NEED to be university graduates

B)
They NEED to be computer literate (minimum - MS office application & typing. Maximum, one coding language (for computer teachers)

C)
After we’ve sorted out the teachers, the subjects are next. There would be only 5 nationwide compulsory subjects that’ll be taken right from kindergarten to SS3. They would be MATHEMATICS, ENGLISH, HISTORY, ICT & one local language. Apart from this subjects, ALL other subjects not compulsory to your field (eg Bio/Chem/Phy for science students) can be of choice.
At the start of senior secondary, the ICT would become coding. There’s a saying that coding would soon be the literacy of the future.

D)
One subject would be taken away from the curriculum. That would be all religious subjects. I’m a christian but i also think religious subjects have nothing to do in a secular school in a secular country. Mathematics isn’t taught in churches so baptism shouldn’t be taught in schools. There just has to be a balance. (Wetin okada dey find for airport)

E)
Then to the Universities.
One thing. Vice Chancellors and head of Departments have only 3 yearS as their tenure. If during the 3 yearS of their tenure, their school and departments fail to produce at least one world changing original research, they’d be fired SHARP SHARP. It’s high time Nigerian universities start inventing life changing things.

F)
There would be scholarships for kids with genius level IQ and kids with ground breaking research. (from kindergarten to university). People with amazing original researches in the university would be fully funded.

G)
Kindergarten to Senior Secondary education would be 50% free for everyone, 70% free for kids with special needs and 100% free for genius kids.

H)
I’d also make sure the budget for education (research funds included) would be upto at least 10% of our GDP.

*(7) INDUSTRIALISATION*

I would form a massive programme of change - a national entrepreneurship drive which I would personally champion and lead and empower my government to implement. The programme will

A)
Make it significantly easier and cheaper to register a business

B)
Continually measure and improve the cost of doing business

C)
Create a platform for Nigerians in the Diaspora to fund , invest in, or otherwise participate in local small business ventures

D)
Improve access to funding for small businesses

E)
Emphasise entrepreneurship in school curricula - from primary through to tertiary levels

F)
Facilitate entrepreneurship training and mentoring programmes

G)
Promote and facilitate the export of Nigerian products and services, by entering trade agreements with foreign nations and enforcing quality standards

H)
Create an enabling environment for local businesses with policies that favour them over foreign competitors, e.g. through import regulation

I)
Support all of the above with a media campaign, both nationally and internationally, to promote the programme.

General Laws and Amendment will include:

A) put and end to security vote in states and local govt and make it Regional Security Votes

B) bring back Death penalty for embezzlement, murder, rape, kidnap, armed robbery, vandalism of national assets…pipelines, power cables, etc

C)Reform NYSC…. It will be 1month camp and 3months skilled service period after which successful will receive graduates the lump sum 33,000x12 = 396k for startup.

D) Renumeration of elected officials should be relative to the public service (no senator should earn more than 10 professors take home pay, no more furniture.. wardrobe allowances..

E) Healthcare.
This is very important
primary health care must be available to all the citizens. The Era of run down hospitals will cease.

F) To further buttress security the judiciary will have 100% autonomy to prosecute offenders.

G) ALL public funds will be cashless and fully monitored

H) 4–5 refineries would be constructed across the nation and Nigeria would stop depending on imported petrol. (Which is a shame). Marketers would stop milking Nigeria and Nigerians dry and the NNPC would be in charge of the process.

I) clean our coastal lines restore our shores to boost tourism as well as our reserves and tourist attractions sites.

So Help me God. As I update this from time to time

With those thieves in the senate and house of reps, a current president of Nigeria cannot do much. What Nigeria needs now is a benevolent dictator.

IBB was most positioned to solve all Nigeria's problems before handing over to a civilian president. He blew the chance.

The only solution now is to scrap both Houses, senate and House of Reps, give us a high handed executive president who is not interested in getting rich. By the time 3 to 4 corrupt politicians are hanged in public, every Nigerian brain go reset.

I weep for IBB. He could have written his name in gold.
