Can you receive GOD's HOLY SPIRIT from unholy people?
If the Holy Spirit of GOD is not in such people and GOD doesn't listen to them, it amounts to nothing.

By their fruits (deeds) you shall know them.
*Read about the fruits of the Spirit. They are part of the things you should be looking for.
Ask GOD to lead you to Holy people around you. But if there is no one around you, you then need to truely repent from your sins, accept JESUS as you LORD & SAVIOUR, start reading and obeying his Words, you will receive the Holy Spirit

Very deep question, simple answer; You can receive the holy spirit when baptized through unholy men- provided you're an ADULT. As an adult, you're responsible for your thoughts and aspiration so the interference of an unholy man can't affect your thoughts. Except your thoughts are also unholy.
The case of children is different, for them, a conscious being pure in heart needs to receive it for them.

A good tree CANNOT produce bad fruits.
A bad tree CANNOT produce good fruits.

What fruits are you looking for? First obedience of exact teachings of Jesus Christ, all 46 or so of them. Cause one cannot bear fruits without first obeying the commandments that are contained in the new Covenants that is Christ Jesus.

P.s. the mandate to go and preach the gospel is NOT one of the commandments of the nee covenant. No, for when Jesus said, "it is finished " , He wrapped up the Details of the law by those words.

God is Holy, that means everything is to His specification. Even that which you consider unholy was first created by a Holy God.

Once baptized, you arr baptized, i think.

Why? What bears witness, according to John the apostle, is the water and not your heart.

John says that what bears witness for us here on earth are the water, the blood and the Spirit. According to the old law of two or three witnesses, two of those will suffice but i am not sure yet. undecided

A boy went to farm, on his way to farm, he saw a ripe good looking orange on it mother. He plucked the orange but discovered that the inside is spoilt, so he couldn't suck the orange. He said, 'this orange looked good outside but spoilt inside', he angrily threw the orange away.

I don't know if you grasp the analogy.

Not only orange gets spoiled inside many good fruits gets spoiled inside as well.

Instead of humbly learning from those that Jesus sent out to teach, you're making yourself a teacher and teaching what isn't true! undecided

Jesus sent people to people {Matthew 10:3-15} the holy spirit will never come to anyone who never learn from the messengers Jesus sent out {Romans 10:13-15} God is not an author of confusion! 1Corinthians 14:33

So someone must PREACH and TEACH you God's word! Act 20:20

According to John the apostle, 3 things are meant to serve as witnesses for us here on earth: the Spirit of God, the water and the blood.

There is an old covenant law of two three witnesses that applies here.

1 John 5 vs 4-7
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
6. Jesus Christ is the one who came. He came with water and with blood. He did not come by water only. No, Jesus came by both water and blood. And the Spirit tells us that this is true. The Spirit is the truth.
7. So there are three witnesses that tell us about Jesus:
8. the Spirit, the water, and the blood. These three witnesses agree.

So long the person in question at least has Christ's salvation( is a follower of Christ - Christ's water follows) and then the Spirit of God as witnesses, the person has what is needed.
