Scam Alert!!! by Emmacolinho(op):
Good day Nairalanders I'll make this very brief. For about a month now I've been receiving series of messages from Access Bank and almost immediately, I will receive a call from an anonymous person masquerading himself as a customer care representative from the bank. Whenever this person calls (Not within banking hours) He demands that I should call out the OTP that he just sent to me. In that particular account, I don't have any money there and I've tried to report the situation by calling the numbers made available in the contained message. My question is: What can be done from their end(The cyber thief if they get the OTP that they always ask for) knowing fully well that there is no dime in that account.
I can't upload pictures with my current phone so I copied the message and here it is
"Your Authentication Code for AccessMobile is 147873. If this was not initiated by you, please call us immediately on 234 1-2712005-7,234 1-2902500." someone else might be facing same problem please your inputs would be appreciated.

Some one have your details, either your atm card numbers or something, the best thing to do is report to the bank and find out what exactly it is, if its the card, block the atm card.

Because they can swap your line and get the otp, you are lucky you don't have money to worry about. But please, be unlucky in this matter ... Make money!! Very important

Bros I said "I don't have money in that particular account" I have 5 bank accounts and the remaining four are functional. For this particular account that they're trying to hack into, I've never demanded for ATM I only used it when I had a job somewhere with few banks around me.
