Really? The bone of contention here isn't whether he had sex with her, it is whether he raped her. Since she brought up the allegation, the on us now likes on her to provide sufficient evidence to prove it.

If she doesn't provide such, and it's just a case of "she said", then he has every right to sue her ass out. I hope he doesn't drop the case cos I sure know the girl doesn't have any evidence against him, if anything like that ever happened.
