my own “tensed up” was village people because I’ve gone for the screening for 45 and I wasn’t tense... na 46 I don go tense and they didn’t do bp review for me at all! They did for some of my village men like 4 times... I was there thinking no review no problems! Then villagers came for me

Lol. Maybe it's because u leta heard dat BP usually eliminates people.

Do like dis, time around b4 u enter camp, start now to avoid any processed food, salty foods and fried foods, stay away from milk (if u want take milk use soya milk instead, has soya milk has proven to help in reducing d blood's viscosity), test for typhoid n treat it if d test comes out positive as typhoid do raise BP, stay hydrated (drink like 3 sachets of pure water after coming back from early morning exercise).

Den a week b4 resuming, take fish oil.

I will b here to congratulate u

When I went for review I never knew it was BP, all my thinking was towards ECG or teeth

The atmosphere alone at the selection board is enough to raise your BP. Checking your BP before going for the board and its normal doesn't necessary means it will stay the same. Just be positive and pray, if you know what to do or take before the medical fine

Please i want to ask a question, can i get a primary school testimonial and certificate from another school? The reason being is that back then i entered secondary school from primary 5 cause my school then took few students from primary 5 and added them to primary 6 and i wasn't included. Presently, the school doesn't exist anymore and it was a private school.

If you have BP issues aside moringa diet, powdered garlic is very effective. For max result you start taking it a week to the screening.

id advice you get one from a school but make sure they give you an authentic FSLC
You would have to pay for it. That one will include putting your name with the school and the state government as well. I also had the same issue as I left primary in p4!! I went back 3 years ago to see the proprietor, I was lucky he remembered me and they asked me to pay 8k for it! So I got it issued by the state government with the schools name written on it! I was also given a testimonial by the school

I'm suggesting you go to UBEC and make enquires. Every school writes Common entrance examination whether private or public so they might have records of these schools but you might pay lots of money.

Here are 8 lifestyle changes you can make to lower your blood pressure and keep it down:

(1) LOSE EXTRA POUNDS AND WATCH UR WAISTLINE:

Blood pressure often increases as weight increases. Being overweight also can cause disrupted breathing while you sleep (sleep apnea), which further raises your blood pressure

Weight loss is one of the most effective lifestyle changes for controlling blood pressure. Losing even a small amount of weight if you're overweight or obese can help reduce your blood pressure. In general, you may reduce your blood pressure by about 1 millimeter of mercury (mm Hg) with each kilogram (about 2.2 pounds) of weight you lose.

Besides shedding pounds, you generally should also keep an eye on your waistline. Carrying too much weight around your waist can put you at greater risk of high blood pressure.

(2) Execise Regularly

(3) Eat Healthy Diet

(4) REDUCE SODIUM INTAKE:

To decrease sodium in your diet, consider these tips:

Read food labels. If possible, choose low-sodium alternatives of the foods and beverages you normally buy.

Eat fewer processed foods. Only a small amount of sodium occurs naturally in foods. Most sodium is added during processing.

Don't add salt. Just 1 level teaspoon of salt has 2,300 mg of sodium. Use herbs or spices to add flavor to your food.

(5) Limit the amount of Alcoh You drink

(6) Quit smoking

(7) Cut back on Caffeine

(cool Reduce the stress U put ursef tru
