And did you see any government spending in the public domain? Goatluck Jonaddaft started BVN before he was told that his wife has money in their domestic aides accounts bearing her signature. Goatluck Jonaddaft started Single Treasury Account before he was told that it will be difficult for his friends and family to steal and loot. So he stopped the good initiatives. Thank God for Buhari who implemented them
