So what is the solution to our own fund that is yet to be disbursed? Are we going to wait endlessly? We are told since the loan has been approved it's now ours, I don't know the difficulty in disbursement of the loan. Please any suggestion?

I think those guys are overwhelmed sef. More than half of those applying see it as free money (grant).

It will actually end in tears seeing the level of incompetence and complaints about what ought to be hitch-free. With BVN, some people will be seeing monthly debit alerts even after paying off the loan. grin grin The complaints won't end at disbursement.

Honestly the incompetency is just mind boggling. These are well paid 'supposedly' the best hands working in the Central Bank of a country. Total chaos, zero organization. People getting overpaid and underpaid while some are even getting scammed. The situation on Twitter is just sad.

My BVN is already stuck somewhere, I wish I could just pull it out, because the avalanche of confusion that'll come as you've rightly said after the disbursement is going to be a nightmare.

First, names of borrowers/debtors would be published.

Second, whenever you default, your interest increases.

And to answer your question, unless you're into petty trade where you transact your business by cash, you can't outsmart a bank's standing order on all accounts linked with your BVN. A standing order (automated) will wipe the account whether it's a yearly contribution meant for your community people or monthly tithes belonging to your church. cheesy

But no go save money for "Kolo" (piggyback) o, make thief no teach you lesson.

You should have done the "Nigerian" thing. Who doesn't have a side business in Nigeria? As it is right now everything is a business. You just have to be smart about whatever you intend doing with the money to ensure you pay back. That is an opportunity nobody wants to miss. So I doubt if they'll approve it, though I know of someone who does not have a job or business but his loan was approved.Good luck.

Hello Viking007,
Pls is the link still active, i have been trying apply all day but to no avail. At one time, the website went off and now it is linking to microsoft email site. Can you help with a valid link pls. Thanks

I called nmfb today to lodge my complaint of not being credited since I accepted the offer and inputted my account number a week ago. I was asked if I received any text from them today, I said no and they said I have no problem that they are compiling list to clear all backlogs soon hopefully this week.

They complained of so many people inputting accounts that can't accept the approved amount of money due to account limitations. Hence, they need to input other account or upgrade the current account to accept large sum of money.

This is the update I got and I thought it wise to share. Thanks.

What do they mean by that? Does it mean we that received message from them today has problem? Cause I don't understand them anymore.

What do they mean by our accounts can't accept the approved amount of money? Are they saying our accounts can't accept 450k or what? Seriously I'm getting fed up with this whole thing, its getting frustrating.

This is now becoming something else, I'm about removing my mind from it all.
