Living like a king with no verifiable means of livelihood is not a crime. It doesn't make you a suspect.

Finding some form of connection between someone and a crime is what makes the person a suspect. EFCC knows that. That's why they couldn't put Interpol on him because they had nothing sensible to tell Interpol.

There are tons of people living just like him in US, Dubai. No one dares disturb them because they have nothing on them. That is a sane society

So EFCC should go and arrest him in Dubai without any solid evidence to prosecute ? That what they have been doing since, arresting people based on noise without good solid evidence to prosecute them, then they start to "add", "amend" and "drop" charges when they get to court of law. At the end of the day the criminal will just walk away.
Even Cops will know that known drug dealer lives in a house in the US but they will not arrest until they are able to create/gather enough evidence for successful prosecution.

EFCC, so u had details about the said fraudster but issued no statement about him all these while at least to warn those who revered him based on his public show of wealth. If it were to be for political witch-hunt, you will prosecute the individual on the pages of newspapers even before u get the individual arrested. Pls allow Interpol do their job, cos u had all the time in the world to have stepped in prior to his arrest to demand an extradition but u didn't...so don't disturb us now, we are still awaiting the possibility of another APC member announcing himself as chairman before midnight

If they had arrested him and asked the court for more time to hold him to conclude investigation, you will still come here to shout, EFCC arresting without investigation.
