It depends on which handsets you are comparing. But Camera alone I give it to the Mi Note 10 over Redmi Note, Battery is something difficult to adjudge.

Some which models of both lines are you comparing?

I'm lost at this point, but u could try enabling developer options by tapping on MIUI version till it tells you, "u're now a developer". Go back and check, it's worth a shot

forgot my password and wanted to factory reset my phone, buh am not seeing factory reset, pls what's another name for it. The phone is leagoo kiicaa, I saw something like Chinese factory in one of the options, and pls is there another way of doing this, I wud love to retain all my data and files
