Any smart forward knows it is just about running behind him at pace. Someone like Rashford with amazing pace can beat Maguire anyway.

Ole has to re-call Dean Henderson from loan and pair Maguire with Baily. Baily is real fast and can hurriedly cover Maguire's ass. In some matches last season where the both were paired man u never conceded, even against top Chelsea. Maguire and lindelof are both damn slow and it will further expose de gea to surging forwards.

I completely agree with you. That guy is a slave driver, temperamental and always on edge. Good managers always have a human side. People need to be comfortable next to you before you can bring the best out of them. With all Mourinho's sauciness and mind games, he praises most of his players and shields them from undue scrutiny. That's good man management. Kean thinks he can squeeze performance out of players by abrasiveness, threats and intimidation..It hasn't worked for him anywhere. He can make do with being a pundit, at least, he understands the game..

De Gea has been great for years and mis-treating him could go off as being unloyal. Ole needs to understand that at United, emotions such as loyalty to struggling players can expose a team and derail the progress of the team.

You can't win a league title with current De Gea. Some key matches are league title deciders and this guy can bottle that match comfortably!
He has got to make the right decision no matter how painful.
