It's this same premier league that everybody was looking forward to resume despite the fact other leagues resumed first.

To me the leagues quality is not detoriating, infact it's becoming more competitive.
There is no such thing as big team. Names are just bigger than others but on the pitch of play it probably doesn't matter.
