There's a reason the Jews themselves don't believe in hell. There's nothing like hell in Judaism. Hell only started mixing in when some Jews were taking to captivity in Persia and started mixing Zoroastrianism with their beliefs.

It was Zoroastrianism that led to belief in heaven and hell decades later after those captive Israelites and their descendants were released and allowed to go back to Israel. Then even further later those beliefs morphed into different sects and teachers all of who had their own beliefs and theories about hell and the end of the world. Unfortunately the early century Catholics decided to murder and censure most of the other groups so we cannot read their own thoughts today.

1. Why Jesus would be judge over anyone's actions or anything at all.

And, Adam did not give names to all the animals God created. The Bible only mentioned that he gave names to all land animals and birds. It is also not possible to know whether the animals he named still bear those names today because God later confused the language of men. No one knew what Adam called the animals he named, but we all know that he wasn't the one who gave goats their names or sheep their names. In Yoruba, we call goats ewure. I am sure it was not Adam that gave goats that name.
