Mine (RN 7).. I am not sure what affects this, but I restricted background activity of apps I rarely use and disabled autostart in all.

Whenever I receive call on My RN 9s, I won't be able to hear the caller except I put the phone on speaker. Also when listening to music using earpiece, I noticed the sound will stop coming through the ear piece except I remove the port and play directly.

Pls help me
