Lemme tell u, nobody said it isn't possible to dwnload a game on ur PS4 console via the PS app. Now listen carefully, for you to download a game on ur PS4 console remotely using the PS app on ur fon, ur PS4 will have to be switched on or at least on rest mode, ur PS4 will have to be connected to the internet (unmetered connection preferebly) den u must be signed into same PS A/c on both ur console and the PS app. Now, u can use d PS app to browse games on PS Store den purchase dem and send dem for dwnload (remotely) to ur PS4 console! your mistake is thinking you can download with the ps app, the ps app on your phone is for purchase.. download is only possible on ps4..
