Nice one there is a way to do simple design/construction to safe cost, but some others factors still contributed to some structure cost.

I did same but my is 7 BEDROOMS for a CLIENT
I spent about 5m

Completely cast to height of 5 and half plank and its white like Julius berger concrete slab .

We just completed casting of our Decking today.

Total cost from piling to decked stage is ₦13m

Piling, pile cap, ground beam and German Floor cost ₦8million

Setting of blocks to decked slab ₦5m

Timeline

Piling 14th April to 9th May.

Pile Cap 16th May

Ground beam 23rd May

Ground Slab (German Floor) 30th May

Block setting to lintel 10th, June

Decking 21st June

We hope to commence block setting from Tuesday

U cant win all contracts and this is part of it

I'm smart cos its only the smart ones that can survive Nigerian economy so stop playing urself as am not indebted to u neither did u loan me money to build . I still hv a choice to work with any engineer that i can comfortably pay for his service unless u wan do credit then come to work
