Lemme tell u, nobody said it isn't possible to dwnload a game on ur PS4 console via the PS app. Now listen carefully, for you to download a game on ur PS4 console remotely using the PS app on ur fon, ur PS4 will have to be switched on or at least on rest mode, ur PS4 will have to be connected to the internet (unmetered connection preferebly) den u must be signed into same PS A/c on both ur console and the PS app. Now, u can use d PS app to browse games on PS Store den purchase dem and send dem for dwnload (remotely) to ur PS4 console! Ur PS4 console(which must be on or on rest mode and connected to the internet) will immediately receive the command and start dwnloading the game(s). This game is dwnloaded using the internet connection which the PS4 console is connected to and it is dwnloaded into the PS4 console's hard drive not ur android fon. Comprehende? Very easy to undastand..
