When some APC e-rats were ranting online dat Oshiomole suspension has been lifted by his Ward I laughed. The main challenge b4 Oshiomole and APC is dat it's an appeal court dat upheld his suspension and only a higher court , d Supreme court dat can vacate dat directive. The legitimate APC faction in d eye of d law according to d Appeal Court is dat faction dat suspended Oshiomole and d Chairman of APC at dat Ward level has said dat he is still in APC and d lifting of suspension handed to Oshiomole is null and void. oshiomole was not suspended by the court so the court does not need to lift his ban, the case in court was to confirm if the local government can ban a party chairman, which turned out to be yes, since the ban have been lifted, there is no need to head to the court anymore, initially that wasn't the case in front of him.

secondly about giadom , the person who filed the case have withdrawn it, do you see giadom shouting or jumping around.
