Congrats to Ize-Iyamu. He's gradually getting closer to his dreams - provided his demonic enemies don't truncate it.
The exact plan fell in place very well - Ize-Iyamu and/or Odubu in 1st and 2nd place in any order, this was always the plan so that 1 of them gets there or if he falls out, the other goes ahead...and it worked excellently well. grin

They are doing indirect primaries and you won't see more than 5000 votes.seems you are threatened by APC numbers. Pdp cannot do direct primaries,they are too corrupt and archaic for that

Nigeria, the epicentre of political harlotry, pros and cons., case study of Edo state

It's quite unfortunate that Nigeria of today is left in the hands of political harlots who only think about themselves and their immediate families instead of the masses.
In order to remain politically relevant and control power, they tend to jump from one political party to another.
This has been a norm in the political system of Nigeria but its current repetition in the Edo state, the western part of the country sparked controversy.
Here, the incumbent governor who is due for re-election in the forthcoming poll was disqualified by its party screening committee as a result of controversies surrounding its academic credentials despite having ruled for about 4 years with same "faulty" documents.
Nigerians on different social platforms has continued to criticise this very action.
Many opined that the disqualification was not because of the discrepancies in acquired certifications but as a result of the rising drift between the incumbent governor and its immediate predecessor who wants to be a political god-father of the state while some attributed it to Tinubu's presidential agenda of 2023.
To the later, it's a plot to gift the state to the opposition party in order to reduce the support group of the western presidential candidate come 2023 and thereby, increase the Northern chances to remain in power.............................................

With this result, we can tell Nigeria generally isn't a developing country but a static country since 1960.
How can a 2nd position be this far from 1st?
How can a known thief emerge a winner just because the godfather want it so? Politics in Nigeria is a scam. We are not practicing Democratic government but autocratic.
Lastly, citizens in Nigeria don't know what they really want, they just Mormon instead of talking, thinking and reacting. How can we open our eyes and allow stones in, can a fish be kept in a room with a live cat without the cat eating the fish? Can a yam be kept with a hungry goat without the goat feeding on the yam? How can we vote a known thief into power? What happened to the names that hasn't been soiled? Its hard time we all wake up and vote against both PDP and APC and vote for personality not party.

Obaseki secured 316,000 votes as against Ize Iyamu 251,000 votes in 2016 Gubernatorial election

let us assume all 28,000 votes Ize Iyamu got in the primaries is added to the 251,000 votes he got in 2016 - that makes his votes for 2020 general election to 279,000 BEST CASE SCENARIO

let’s assume Obaseki lost that same 28,000 that Ize Iyamu got in this primaries and it is subtracted from the last election total votes he got - that means Obaseki gets 288,000 WORST CASE SCENARIO

This means Ize Iyamu will trail Obaseki by 9,000 votes on election day 2020

RESULT : OBASEKI is re-elected
