There are some out there but they do not work properly. But check xda developers for them.

On the thread where you had a little issue with your new Africard you later successfully resolved, you made mention of registering your paypal using Lesotho as against Nigeria. I already know the benefits of doing that, and want to register one too, as i just got into freelancing. I hope you don't mind clarifying this little issue for me:
Did you use a VPN while opening the PayPal Lesotho or you used a Nigerian IP and it worked?
Secondly please, do you recommend i get a Naira or a Dollar Africard? which is better in terms of final ATM withdrawal rates? Thanks a lot.
