I'm enjoying my brand new Xiaomi redmi note 8 after 95 days in transit via Aess.

My experience with 4px and other untracked mail is that 90% of them do get missing. A friend told me that that's because post office people usually steal take because after all, they can't be tracked

if this 90% untracked package not delivered is true, most sellers would not accept sending untracked packages to Nigeria again. I've being seeing those trend on aliexpress. Sellers only send untracked packages to us based on trust. And if we continue not receiving it, opening dispute everytime,they will stop sending to Nigeria. Using registered shipping is somehow expensive, especially if what youre buying is small. All my untracked packages about 5, sent since early march can not be traced , only one registered I received 3 wks ago. Those unscrupulous element in NIPOST will continuing spoiling our already battered name. I believe that most of these atrocities are committed in NIPOST headquarter in Lagos , because in my local PO, all packages whether tracked or untracked are recorded in a big register as soon as they arrived. You just check the register to know if youve packages in case you're not called. I think they are just using convid 19 to steal as many as possible.

If I buy something from a store that offers CPRAM, AREAS as free shipping method it is trackable.

Have u checked other tracking sites? Like track 17, global cainiao? If they said arrived at destination country, if u stay outside of lagos in d next 1-2 weeks, u'll get a call from the p.o.

I would say, you should pay rather than seek for reprisal because it might be higher if you were to send your purchase invoice

Dm the seller when the buyer protection is almost over. Tell him/her to extend the protection period and wait patiently. Only open dispute after the period has ended. There is substantial delay in delivery due to health crisis Let us be considerate

Yea.. surprisingly, I was charged just N200 but I had to give the post man N500 for his efforts to contact several office and his transport to go get it for me
