Hello everyone, please how do I renew my passport in Germany? The embassy in Berlin is temporary closed for consular services. I need the passport urgently.

You chill till they open. You shouldn't let your passport expire before you renew though.

Anyways I made the application for the passport way before I started my application to the schools, but it is not ready yet.

I know it sounds somehow but until yesterday all my research about Germany Uni is done on daad.de which I thought dat was all. Av opened spread sheet couple of months ago, putting done school names, course relating to my Major (Electrical and Electronics Engr) and every other details I may need.

I have interest in Renewable energy, b4 yesterday, i got to know of 4 universities in Germany which offers the course (public university with free tuition for international students). As i know there will be more universities that offer the course but may not be free.



But just going through one of my Facebook groups, dats how i saw someone saying he got admitted to study Renewable energy in a public university (free tuition as well) and d name no dey my spreadsheet... I look up the website and truly it's free like the other 4 i have had b4.. I just had to add it to the list yesterday.



So, how do one get to know if their details no dey daad.de because I don't think one can just find such information like that. Nigeria wey we dey sef i don't know how many universities dey offer ham nor dia requirements not to talk of a far away country.

Please gurus in the house, help is needed..

Please I applied for global change ecology at the University of bayreuth this winter session. The deadline for application was June 15. I have been expecting a notification on the progress of my application. A mail telling me to prepare for the interview or otherwise. It's past 10 days. On the departmental site they clearly stated mails will be sent out close to the deadline. Please guys I am a bit anxious as I do not know how it works. Your insight will do so much good.  2 signed declarations according to Section 54 Paragraph 2 Nr. 8 of the German Alien's Law.

This was required and I don't know what it means.

It’s just a one page document that you can download on the Embassy’s Website.......you just need to Sign and write the Date and the Location of the Embassy(Lagos/Abuja Depending).

most of these guys asking questions are going for MSc,
yet they can’t do little research on their own ..

But this shouldn't be a yardstick to respond in a horrible way, you can make corrections or better still 'jump and pass'. Hands are not equal, what you see as easy might be difficult for another. When you get to Germany school and hear more stupid questions from Indians, Pakistanis, will you shut them down? Let's be guided please.

And if we continue like this people will be scared to ask questions as such, the purpose of this thread would be defeated. Let's see it as no question is stupid, no question is rubbish and no question irresponsible.

you can try naija embassy in hague holland i heard they are better and efficient.

Nice job guys, I can't wait to finish my last semester and start my own processing too. Vision 2022.
