please fellows help,I noticed these right under my abdomen of recent and it has been a thing of concern to me as what might be the cause and maybe any possible solution to it.

You should be the one telling him if it's a boil or not, and not the other way round, considering certain features of the swelling like duration, rate of increase, associated pain, redness, etc.

As you didn't provide any of this information, you leave rooms for wide guesses.

Medical practice is different from witchcraft, as a healthcare provider usually needs information to work with.

itz been there for like 2weeks plus,feeling little pains of recent when ever I touch it
