Bros is there a law in APC constitution that says that when one goes to court to enforce an action that he won't be punished by the party for that or something like that? Someone told me this and I'm surprised. He said Gaidom is not worried about all these court injunctions against him because he's aware of this clause in APC constitution. Stop repeating what you don't know, if his lawyers think he cannot be suspended because he is in court, then why not fill a motion in court challenging his suspension.

A court of competent jurisdiction has already affirmed Giadom suspension albeit temporarily, so stop fanning the embers of what you know nothing about.

What do you know about filling motions. He's the recognised chairman of the party albeit in acting capacity in FCT. All those court orders in rivers state court can't be enforced in FCT which is why he gives no flying Bleep about them. Ever heard of jurisdiction?
