Stop repeating what you don't know, if his lawyers think he cannot be suspended because he is in court, then why not fill a motion in court challenging his suspension.

A court of competent jurisdiction has already affirmed Giadom suspension albeit temporarily, so stop fanning the embers of what you know nothing about.
