Just remember to consider were u will be after like 6 years of university life







And in a country like ours wey notin de authentic.....








I will advice him/her to study nigeria first b4 choosing any course to be frustrated in inside our Nigerian institutions

Are you not aware that Agriculture is the new crude? These courses you mentioned are hot cake now. The government cant provide jobs for everyone, these courses empowers one to be self employed, infact i know some students that already own their fish farms, poultry farms and farms.. they're doing really well.

According to the British curriculum which Nigeria is adopting, no course is useless.


But the endemic corruption and collosal failure of the political, educational, religious and socio-economic base of the Nigerian systems have made some courses not just useless but regrettable to study.

INFACT EDUCATION IN NIGERIA IS A SCAM

GO AND LEARN A SKILL.

Most courses in the Faculty of Agriculture are 5 year courses, but at the end of the day, they don't give you any advantage over people who studied other courses.

I wont advise you to study any course that has next to zero demand in d international market.

E.g christian religions studies its even better to study islamic studies

Urhobo and linguustics etc

Most other courses can be studied. Even if they might seem useless to current nigerian dispensation, you neva can tell future tides.

Courses that we look down on today are regarded internationally e.g phe, music, geography, french and linguistics, public health, social studies, political science etc.

Whatever you decide to study, if you plan to earn a living from that field, make sure you develop yourself on d side whilst you're still in d university

Lol..I get but studying BFN doesn't mean we have to work in a bank na..we can work anywhere too

Just study anything you want, na connection that matters.

I know some1 who graduated from crop science with a 3rd class working in CBN while I, with my distinction in computer engineering, Bsc and Msc in economics was not even considered

Any Biological Science course.

There's hardly job for a graduate with no experience. You'll most likely end up being a lecturer or a normal biology, chemistry school teacher, unless you have other things in mind.

Engineering courses in Nigeria are scams!

They have been studying them for ages without any impacts on our nation.

We practically import everything we use in this country.

Most engineering graduates I know are now social marketers, graphic artists, phone and laptop repairers, teachers in horrible private primary schools.
