Infrastructure: The eyesore of a video portrayed as UNN, Enugu campus (hopefully, it's not the main campus) shouldn't be compared to most state schools across the country, not to talk of UNILAG, CU, UI, ABU, FUNAAB or OAU. Please, this is not about tribe so if you're trying to make it so, don't bother replying me. If you need further enlightenment on how UNILAG along beats UNN in terms of stable power, conducive air-conditioned classrooms and libraries, free internet almost everywhere, working CCTV surveillance camera everywhere, maintenance culture and all, please, be my guest.

Academics: Only CU, UI and UNILAG are on top 1000 universities in the world according to reputable THE ranking and only UI make it to the reputable ARWU ranking. If you'll get schooled on the criteria which include student/lecturer ratio, percentage of international students, international outlook and all, be humble to ask. And please, don't bring up a portion of one web metric system which ranks UNN well on citations and badly on other indices. Whatever that is though.

If you have any other ranking index for the dick-measuring contest, state it and you would be disappointed how terribly bad UNN has sunk.

Baba, UI fees is a whole lot less than what you have posted, and they have the best facilities maintenance culture amongst federal universities, admit the fewest no. of students and remain far ahead of any other Federal uni. in the Country. They also receive less allocation than UNN. You can look for other excuses, but this isnt one

So, in the past weeks, i saw a couple of threads showcasing various Nigerian universities in Pictures and i must say i was impressed by most if not all.

I personally visited the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus and i thought that i document it both in pictures and images.

Basically, i just drove around the school and i was most impressed with the vegation and environment but not so much about the structures.

UNN is One of the Most funded FG University in Nigeria.
They should either Manage their Funds well,Complete Unfinished Building projects,Seek for Intervention Funds from Other sectors and Of course they have one of the Strongest Alumni in Nigeria.

I wasnt going to comment until you compared UNN with other Unis to make it seem like it is underfunded viz-a-viz other Nigerian Unis. While I agree with the quoted comment, its important for UNN management to introspect particularly regarding how some Unis have been able to utilise relatively low funds to run a more efficient system. I will keep mentioning UI until due recognition is given to that institution. How it has been able to maintain such consistently high standards in spite of meagre funding is nothing short of a "miracle."
