Excellent! Even in the convention that will come up, majority of those that will be elected will still have Tinubu's imprimatur. Our society traditionally runs on a strong and assertive father figure or god god father whether we like it or not.

The leaders whom we still refer to as our best and greatest were all overlords and god fathers. From Nnamdi Azikiwe to Sir Ahmadu Bello to Obafemi Awolowo. They were all 'dictators' in their own rights. That is just how our society socially and culturally in Nigeria and even Africa is wired.

2. You saying Obaseki should have stayed back is laughable. Has Ambode not become a laughing stock? How has he benefited from his staying back? If Obaseki loses out tomorrow, it's with pride cause he did not go down alone but gave Oshiomhole the embarassment of his life. And it isn't even certain that he will lose. This cannot be said of Ambode. If Ambode had fought and brought Tinubu down with him; it would have been a thing of pride. Losing out with his heads high.

I never called Lawal (or anyone else) Tinubu's boy. It is derogatory to address VIPs as such, loyalists would be more appropriate. Oshiomhole wasn't even Tinubu's loyalist to get Ambode but Tinubu's political sagacity ensured he upstaged Ambode smartly that even Oshiomhole, Bubu and anyone capable of assisting Ambode had to back down.

So to say, Tinubu is in control of SW politically, his control of SW is not under any serious attack; Presidency is not prodding or supporting anyone to upstage him, at last so far (compare and contrast Ameachi who is a minister but same govt appointed his main challenger in his state - Magnus Abe NNPC board member; and didn't reappoint his loyalist Dakuku Peterside in NIMASA but also appointed someone without his knowledge in a ministry he is supposed to be supervising).

So why would Tinubu turn against a govt that he helped install, and also spreading his tentacles more (except he wants to invite his Chi to a fight .).

Your work is a little clumsy and full of assertions that you didn't put to strict proof, but I'll manage to respond.

1. Whether one day or 500days after, the point remains that Oshiomhole appealed the decision suspending him as a chairman. If he wasn't interested, he could have allowed it slide. Furthermore, it is not true Oshiomhole appealed 72 days after the ruling of court. Post a link proving that assertion of yours or desist from any further claim.

2. You never did show how Obaseki will lose Edo State abi na all elections APC run dem dey win? You also never did show how Ambode's staying in APC makes him better than Obaseki. If any, it is the other way round, as Obaseki still have a fighting chance to win the State,, he has succeeded in taking out a perceived god-father and has resulted in more persons respecting him; that has not been the case for Ambode who has so much been ridiculed.

3. Wrong. Tinubu and Fashola fell out at a time in Lagos, Tinubu left Fashola alone cause he knew people loved Fashola. Did Fashola end up taking over the structure? Answer this! Kenny Rogers said a good gambler knows when to "fold them, when to walk away and when to run."

It's also not true that Oshiomhole prefers his State structure. He cannot prefer State structure to national structure. No one wants to be a local champion. If he likes the State structure so bad,he will want to consolidate that.

5. It's like you are not aware how many L.G Chairmen, Ward Chairmen and House of Assembly members decamped with him.

I ask again, why has not the House of Assembly members impeached him, or are they also 5?
