I input my bvn and D.O.B... it loads and took me to bio-data page where I fill my 3 names and the rest of the information needed. I have submitted successfully.
The question is this:
the npower site didn't generates my details via my Bvn and display for me as I have read about others.
Am I save?


Yes you are. The system was automated before it crashed, so you have to input your BVN and names manually in other to continue your application.

please. I got to the bio-data page ,filled all necessaries except for the certificate upload. I uploaded it in png format from my phone, yet I can't continue... please help me. .. or will it show the certificate I uploaded? ?

Hi guys,

As i explained earlier in the night, the application is going now easily.

Tips:

-Is easily going on phone not on PC (PC Just stucked in one page).

-Let your phone be on mobile view not desktop view. You can do that at the setting of any browser you are using. I recommend Chrome, Puffin and Phoenix Browser.

-Let all documents be in one folder and name the docs with their certificate name, it will be easy to trace and upload.

- You can scan your docs yourself (Download Cam scanner or Simple Scanner on Playstore). It is just like you snapping yourself, once you capture the docs, put the saving option as jpeg not pdf, then save. You are good to go.

my middle name and additional phone number not displaying on my summary page even though i added them on my bio data page. Again i have edited but still not displaying. what could be wrong

Same problem here, after uploading, page still bouncing back empty saying "upload valid image"

Hello. I don't know if you've gotten solution yet. But I just helped someone with the same issue. Instead of using OND or NCE, start with HND, then when you get to where you upload results, put your OND, also put your OND where it asks for nysc cert. When the submit turns green, go back to the top of the page and change the HND TO OND. Then go back down and click the green button to submit.

please I am using my national identity card as my I'd card. the problem now is which Id number should I input? the tracking ID or the NIN?
