Biafra or no Biafra if una do anyhow it won't take more than 50 thousand to get the bomb to blow off the pipeline, there by severing the link of the gas between the north and South.
So calm down oga. after all Militants has been blowing pipeline for ages.
Yes , it will affect our regions but it doesn't mean we haven't adapted to it.
go near the pipeline and receive some bullets

God bless northern Nigeria... We are getting there

Yes o, same bullet the militants received and they were able to blow up pipelines, Lol.
You see Nigeria security are corrupt, we can even pay one to blow it up for us...or no, we will do it ourselves. after all we know the land better than any security agencies and the military can't be everywhere. Me and you knows that it is quite easy for the militants to blow the Pipeline if they need
We can blow it up in River State or in Imo state whenever we find out we are being shortchange and it doesn't benefits us.

Apart from Kano and to an extent Kaduna I don't see any state in the north that can rival the east, no offence.
I'm from South south but I know that the East is more developed than many many states I. the north apart from Kano but their living standards is higher than everything all the northern states combined can rival. beat that.

It's a white elephant project, fool. Abokis are only after the kickbacks as usual.

They are laying gas pipe to a barren economy where they have no industries that would use the gas. Even if they built gas powered gencos up north their people are too poor to buy the electricity and the national grid is too weak to share it down south where people have capacity to pay.

This project is entirely beyond Nigeria! I think it is designed to entirely break the Russian gas monopoly which Russia uses as leverage to European nations in any diplomatic warfare! Europeans (and to some extent, the USA) have been trying to go around Russia and thereby softening her diplomatic strength. The actual idea is to lay the pipe to Morocco and then eventually to Spain. If this is true, I pray Russia doesn't find out and empower fifth columnists in the country to divide Nigeria!!!

You know your problem? you keep comparing Lagos to others states in Nigeria instead of comparing Lagos with it's mates like Kigali, Johannesburg, Cape town, Algiers, Cairo, New York, Dubai, etc.
You believe Lagos is better cause it has money than others states but you forget Lagos is still very filthy, and underdeveloped.
See, Lagos has failed and Tinubu failed Lagos since it can't even compare with all those places.
It not a matter of being very rich and still underdeveloped. it like Nigeria being the Richest Country in Africa and yet the most underdeveloped...what I'm saying is Lagos is synonymous to Nigeria. There's no difference.
and then I wonder why you Jubilate?

Yes, the Niger Delta leaders have failed us over the years but don't think Lagos is any different because it brings more money n economic opportunity to the table.
Your opinion though which you are entitled to...not really the fact.

Nobody is jubilating here but when we see some difference, we point it out. It's about objectivity, not sentimentality. I don't belong to any party, not voted in any election since 2011, don't know Tinubu or any of his lieutenants neither have I benefited anything from them, but we commend when necessary & accuse when the need arises.
That's what you should do to your leaders on the other side (from governors to assembly members to NDDC) - hold them accountable for once and see how things will turn around.

Like I said before, a large proportion of the monies meant for your development has been diverted into the coffers of your leaders - hold them accountable for that. Buhari & co should not be held responsible for the diversion of your funds by your brothers!

So how is your Abia more productive than Osun state, yet Abia is owing so much salary and can not boast of infrastructures that Osun state have?.
Igbochief001:
Osun can boost that should be shameful ...it means nothing is using the power ...all states in Nigeria get less than 100mw of electricity ...abia had to have extra help even yet it can't match 8 hours light because people are using it

Only states like osun , yobe , and the rest that are unproductive have constant power

Bros...who stopped the Niger Delta from being developed?

Ask your brothers in NDDC that have steadily received accumulated trillions of Naira to develop the Niger Delta for 20 years since 2001 but have diverted the monies.
Meanwhile, it is the same Northern presidency that just instituted an audit into the affairs of the NDDC last year after 19 years of the NDDC existence. When your Niger Delta brother was in the presidency, he never cared that money meant for your development was being stolen and diverted by your co-brothers.

Ask your governors that have been collecting 13% derivation asides from their regular allocation for 21 years since 1999 but have left the Niger Delta states in a state of backwardness.

Ask these people....your development lies in their bellies, their bank accounts or in their landed properties and investments.

Ask them & let the FG be, FG has never starved the NDDC of funds over the years. FG have never defaulted in giving your governors their 13% derivation, if not, you would have heard of it.

Have a great Sunday.
Really.. so when are going to get our percentage from the diamonds and golds found in the northern region?

Have a blessed Sunday too... I don't want to get into that Nddc argument cos it won't end since you are holding tight to that perspective of urs.

Good decision by you. NDDC is under a forensic audit now... let's hope they get the facts out so that stolen monies can be recovered, the bad eggs kicked out and the Niger Delta can be developed henceforth. That's my desire for the Niger Delta...my mother comes from there, so I am very concerned about the development of the Niger Delta.

It's sad that a lot of people are ignorant of this fact. If this pipeline is completed and can be extended through the Sahara up to Algeria, then Nigerian gas will finally get to the European market. The benefits of this are immense:

1. This pipeline can easily add over $5bn of additional forex revenue to Nigeria annually
2. It is also capable of ending (or at least significantly reducing) gas flaring and its attendant environmental impact in the delta.
3. It will also place Nigeria on a very enviable economic and political position as an alternative gas source to Europe thereby breaking Russian monoply.

If anyone should even be against this project, it should be the Russians. But unsurprisingly, it's Nigerians out of pure ignorance and some silly north vs south prejudices that are against the project. A lot of people just have no clue on the potential economic impact of this pipeline.

So if u have constant power it's a proof u are in productive

One of the busiest industrial Estate in Nigeria oluyole industrial estates have minimum of 20hrs of light daily.Electricity is poor on East because you hardly pay bills since GEJ sold nepa distribution companies give light to area they easily get money of supplies electricity

devoid of the usual trumphalist sentiments of people like Arewwa, the project is a good one and it will help sort the problem of gas flaring . The problem most people have in the south east is that some Nigerians seem to derive some fetish pleasure in knowing that the south east is obviously being marginalised, hence their gloating over projects like this. The desire of every true Nigerian is to ensure that all parts of the country is developed ....and not to mock those you are discriminating against.

Tonight, about 8000 units of Ether will be distributed evenly amongst 240 people after an Ethereum Heist is performed. It may sound unbelievable but it's possible. We did it before, and we will do it again.

To partake in the Heist, book your spot by joining the group before it gets filled up. All you have to do is join and stick to the rules of the Heist.

wrong, the north is a parasite, mention one state in the north that produces gas.

you want to pipe gas from 700km location in the south to share to Niger , chad and sahara region.

it can only happen becos the president is a from d north.
