After uploading my ID and passport and I wanted to proceed, the system keeps telling me to " upload valid image " why?

Can I upload cropped documents....that I snap with my phone

I did get an email while registering. I was just told my email already exist on the portal. Someone then I could still login like that which I did. Right now I've completed the whole process but still no mail again. Should I be worried?

What is the size of your docs and is it also in jpeg?

You have to convert it to jpeg size.

The site is not opening on laptop for now. Just stucked at biodata.

wait till 12am then Subscribe to MTN N 50 night plan then use Chrome browser and access the site.
As for your passport and ID card just snap it and make sure it's clear then upload it directly to the site and it'll be successful.
Make sure it isn't more than 5MB after cropping it.
as for scamscanner the app is useless and their producers reek of poverty.

It's not the BVN page. I have completed the BVN page and Personal Information page. The problem is the Educational background page, where one will upload degree, Nysc certificate. Anytime I try to save and continue, after uploading the two certificates, it always requests that I should upload my image in which the field to upload it is not there. I have refreshed it several times but still the same
