A relation just showed this to me. It's her course mate (Class Rep). My greatest fear just happened, cos some time ago I got this feeling that not all students that went home for the lockdown will return and this just happened.

He might have died from Pulmonary Embolism.

In simple terms.
He got a wound on the affected legs
The wound was likely poorly managed
This allow entry of deadly micro organism
Maybe through local herbs that was been used to treat.
The micro organism multiply and they further
Expands the area affected.
The skin and muscle to the facial plane become dead...hence the name necrosis fascitis.

One of the commonest cause of Sudden death usually occur due to Pulmonary embolism
That is
Blood clot thrown to block the pulmonary vessel in the heart.
He has the risk factors being
Immobilisation of the limb
Affected areas being lower limb
Extensive inflammation from the wound
Systemic inflammatory agents.
Remember virchow triads.
The clots in the vessel, popliteal , GSV, SMV
can get dislodged easily..

Take home
When you have a wound or ulcer any where
Go to qualified hospital to get it treated
Don't apply herbal things that you never knew its content.

Overall
God gives live.
