This is just propaganda. I don't want to stress myself again. Check through some of my submissions on this project since last year. We know what is happening. WAGP is conceived by Chevron supported by partners, EWGP from Delta to Lekki and various other projects to IPP and power stations are different things entirely. This AKK project of 614 kilometers for a start with $2.5billion loan from China is a political project for the North. I don't want to stress myself again.
Let me ask you a few questions:
Are the above you listed not pipelines?
Do they form a network?
Are they not in this country?
Are therefore not part of our national grid?
Will they cease to exist in the country if they were built or funded from different sources?
How is the AKK a propaganda if built?
How could my statement be lie if it was not factually incorrect?

Bulk cement from where? To where? Through where? When there are huge deposits of limestone waiting to be processed in his backyard? Something Sokoto Cement has been doing since for over 50 years?

Do you know what limestone is at all?

Do you know where its deposits are in Nigeria?
yeah huge deposits of limestone, why are cement companies located in the middle belt, south and west?

Goto deal with the banditry problem in the north, insecurity devalues an area, doesn't matter what natural resource they claim to have.

the limestones and minerals in the north as of now are blood resources.

Did you not hear that the cement company in Sokoto has been producing cement from our limestone for over half a century? Is Sokoto State in the East? Your ignorance is clearly irredeemable.

Of course insecurity makes a place less investor friendly, afterall all the major oil companies have relocated from the Niger Delta due to militancy and cultism as a result of illiteracy in the region and moved to safer Lagos, and investors like Dangote are building mega refineries in Lagos instead of the Niger Delta where the bulk of oil is deposited.

Why else do you think the SE is lacking in FDI if not for her constant bloodletting through cultism, kidnappings especially of foreign workers, cannibalism, armed robbery, bloody drug wars (Ozubulu etc.) and IPOB violent agitations? Unfriendly investment climate is the answer.

So why do you think an intelligent Igbo man from Anambra state, Emeka Okwuosa, is now investing and risking Billions of $ into a PRIVATE pipeline project from Ajaokuta to Kaduna to Kano in the "insecure bloody North" if you're not just myopic, ignorant, unexposed, quasi-educated and hollow in thought?

I'm sure you know for sure, that you're not a quarter as smart as the successful Anambra investor sinking billions in the North so you have no point. The joke is on you grin.

Our land is blessed. Abdulsamad is a Forbes multi billionaire and he tripled his billions of $ from his SOKOTO operation alone in the core North, within one year.

Choke on that.

Nobody is arguing with you because you actually have NO point. You're being enlightened so don't get it twisted.

You're however free to flee as expected wink

I already warned you this discourse is way above your pay-grade.

Young man, don't say Okwuosa is putting his money at risk. We know what is happening. That project is covered by loan from China ($2.5 billion) for a start. The FG used the same Chinese for Oil exploration in the North funded by various loans. Local Content policy in the oil sector cannot allow the Chinese 100% project handling. One of my numerous submissions on this project is copied below.

When Jonathan initiated the project in 2013, it was a private public basis. The tender for investment failed. 614 kilometres for a start, the cost benefit analysis failed. Rate of return on investment - failed.

Contrary to what they are saying, this project is being guaranteed by loan from China. Nigeria would provide a sovereign guarantee for 85% of the pipeline’s cost.

The AKK link will cost a total of $2.59 billion, with the guarantee to be funded by China’s Sinosure with a 12-year repayment period and three-year moratorium. NNPC will cover the outstanding 15% of the price tag.

Chinese financing is available for the project, linked to China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co. (CPPEC) working on the construction.

From the above paragraphs, you can see that the project financing model under GEJ is not the same under Buhari. This is a political project.

Olokola LNG initiated by Obj when he was about to leave was killed by Yaradua. That was his only project for South West.

Instead of southwest to be president again, the north will rule for ever, since the same thing you accuse the north of you are equally guilty.

Keep believing the fake stats that the north is poor.

In reality... We are the richest

We have the most developed states in Nigeria

There's nothing you can do about that...

The Igbos are still in political purgatory
you are obviously living in fantasy island ! once you manage to get your head and brain from the clouds please go and carry the decaying corpses of your people killed by the religious fanatics your backward culture breeds like rats............the only growth industry in your developed north is fulani janjaweedism...........IPOB will cure your madness in good time.

You are truly correct. There's investment apathy by foreign investors because the project in itself is not bankable, hence the failure to raise bonds on the international market to finance the project. So the NNPC being peopled by the northerners decided to use the FG to gurantee the project just so as to secure the construction of the project.
This project has a higher probability of failure.
