Yes it does support 4K. It supports at a maximum of 30hz, so it probably won't give you the best 4K experience, but at least it does support it.

Let me just tell you now ..

If you plug a blue ray or PS4 pro or Xbox one x to this TV it won't transmit 4k to the TV bcus standard output for most devices now is HDMI 2.0 or above .

HDMI 2.0 is needed for real HDR ..

I also know the HDCP version of this TV will be rubbish

Only way 4k will display on that TV is YouTube or USB connection(not 100% always)

Even Netflix might not show HDR (might be wrong)

And yes I know HDMI 1.4 supports at 30fps .. not when the source is 2.0a or above
