Its not true,His nomination is legitimate so far it has been ratified by the national executive committee.

A letter against the conduct of APC primary was send to INEC by the legal acting chairman of the party and that letter have not been recall till now from INEC. What Victor Giadom did was stands according to law as at that time. Don't you think this will have legal implications later?
I want to see a full contest in Edo State. I wish any legal practitioner is here to educate us on this point.

Like i have said NEC the highest organ of the party has made pronouncement and everyone is bidding by that pronouncement.Moreover after the meeting a lot of things have happened,if the letter Giadom wrote to INEC has been recalled you don’t know.Let us keep calm and watch out for September 19th.

its not new. All nigeria political parties defile party constitutions when it comes to primaries election.
