So one need to visit your office before getting quotation for work. I don't get it.

No not really, we can give you the quote online after going to the site. Once we reach an agreement we will forward a form to you with the agreed quote. The form entails the site details, the aspect we want to do in the building. Coming to our office is not a must, it's a matter of choice for the client.
