Even though the army gathers information, it is not for every ear. Moreover, this particular information does not follow under the mandate of the military.

There's the DMI in the military....Their job is sequel to that of DSS and NIA, but in relation to military hardware, softwares, technologies (that poses threat to our sovereignty as a country) and everything that aids and abetts the duties of the military.
