Atletico Madrid Prepare Bid For Chukwueze

LaLiga giants Atletico Madrid are interested in signing Nigeria winger Samuel Chukuweze from Villarreal this summer, reports Completesports.com.

Chukwueze, who has scored three goals and recorded four assists for Villarreal this season has been linked with a number of top European sides.

Premier League clubs Chelsea and Liverpool are among the two clubs, who are reportedly interested in the the 21-year-old.

The versatile winger broke into Villarreal’s first team last season and was voted the club’s young player of the year at the end of the campaign.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone believes Chukwueze will fit perfectly into his project at the club.

Chukwueze will look to further enhance his reputation when Villarreal take on Barcelona at the El Madrigal stadium on Sunday.

I don't think eze is going to fit in that team because of the coach formation......mancity, Barcelona, bayarn, arsenal or even Monaco could have been better

Atletico does play conservative football according to the opponent. They are very tactical. Chuwueze would prosper more there.

tell him man, athletico is not a defensive side alone but a counter attacking side and the guy will flourish there
