You are just running from pillar to post... APC is the rulling party at the FG level which generally influences elections at state levels with all machinery at its disposal.. including the treasury.

That is what I meant as ruling party, PDP is the ruling party in Edo, does it influence the Security outfits or INEC which would be deployed in state elections?.. neither can it compete with national treasury of the Fg, I even sighted an example with Kogi and the N10bn

You are finally getting it.. Ortom and Tambuwal were fighting against Godfathers "wammako, Akume" if you followed those elections, you could see the influence of the FG on those elections.. Tambuwal won with 342 votes despite being a sitting Gov with incumbency influence..

As I said before, the battle ahead will be fought on all fronts, it's gonna take brains and brawn.

Does the state ruling party have the apparatus for election rigging? such as police, Army and Inec and a large financial war chest?.. if the ruling party goes all out, it finances would affect salary payments and upkeep which would have a direct impact on his re-election.

Apc chairmanship does not determine a Godfather, A Godfather is one that has direct influence in the workings of a Goverment, when the Governor turns his back on such influence with the Godfather, its called "Fighting Godfatherism"..
