Bulleye:That has been their political history in Nigeria. They are acutely deficient in forecasting and strategizing a political outcome. They are not involved in Edo. They are hiding at moment....but if Obaseki wins they will troop out and claim their support gave him victory. They are not founders like Yorubas who are known for pioneering and exceling. Ibos are political opportunists. Similarly they are unable to found developmental and industrial initiatives in Iboland but they take opportunity where industries already exist to eeke a survival. The opportunities they have had are abundant and at this point Ibo should not be crying to Feds about lack of development in Iboland. Beside political opportunities there is also economic. They make money elseqhere and still refuse to take up a marshall plan and renew Ibo out of self-help. Ibo ruled government with Balewa. Ibo was the ruling government in Ironsi's military. They ruled government with Shagari. Ibo ruled with Babangida. Ibo ruled with GEJ. Yet no development corporation or industrial estate. PDP owe Ibo. 2023 is time for Ibo to get paid and PDP must make it happen for them. The presidential candidate of PDP in 2023 must be Ibo. This is absolutely deserved....after their sweat and sacrifice to that party. |

Uchek:Macauley founded NCNC and invited those others you identified as "group of Nigerians" to join. He invited leaders from the various ethnic town groups in Lagos at the time. It was a national party. |

MetaPhysical:I am not here to answer those question until you tell me what made Buhari and Tinubu more qualified than Dr.Ogbonnaya Onu,Dr, Chris Ngige,Nnamadi and OUK etc.... |
| Re: Where Is Our Ibo Presidential Candidate? by ChoCho54(f): 9:13pm On Jul 04, 2020 |
MrConstantine:Ok so 1999 till date has become abominable to you because they killed Abiola and replaced him with obasanjo, that's why you are feeling fly? Or are you high because Tinubu APC won 2019 gen elections after 16yrs in the cold hands of opposition? You are obviously a kid otherwise you would have known that the Senate under Obj, was presided by an Igboman! Most of you Yoruba mooslims just jump into NL to swell the numbers of ZBs with your herd mentalities. |
| Re: Where Is Our Ibo Presidential Candidate? by MetaPhysical(op): 9:22pm On Jul 04, 2020 |
Ojiofor:Fair. Buhari is not a candidate in 2023. To have a forward progress Nigeria needs a leader with a socialist agenda to uplift citizens and a capitalist agenda to build and sustain economy and trade. Our winning candidate must have proven records and tracks of success at promoting and practicing diversity and inclusion. The candidate must have a sustainable blue-print for structural growth and efficiencies in manpower, labor productivity as well skills and knowledge acquisition. We want a candidate that understands and appreciates the contract between govt and citizens and effect policies that is balanced, not oppressive. The candidate must understand the dichotomy between ruling govt and opposition government and exploit the opportunities of partisanship to move the country forward. All my candidates without exception qualify on this definition. Outline your expectations for Nigerian leadership in 2023. ![]() |
